We offer free cancellation if you cancel at least 72 hours before your rental begins.
Your safety is our top priority, so make sure you are aware of current beach conditions. We offer a full refund for any unused rental days in the event of a named storm advisory for Walton County, FL.
We’re not gonna tell you what to do, but it sounds like a good idea. When you rent our gear you assume full responsibility if any item is lost, stolen or damaged. We provide locks with every bike and scooter rental to help with this, but you do you, bro.
We get it. $#!+ happens. We aim to be transparent in our rental terms. If an item is destroyed, lost, or stolen during your rental, you’ll be charged the full replacement cost of the item. If the item is damaged, you’ll be charged the cost of repairs.
We will contact you to schedule a delivery time on your day of arrival. If you’re arriving late, we’ll schedule delivery for the following day
Because we do not maintain a physical retail location, we only offer full-service delivery and pickup.

Yep, sure do. We’ll make sure you’ve got the phone number and address where you can obtain your permit. Make sure you have it at least 2 weeks in advance. You can start the process here.
We intentionally selected gear that’s a breeze to set up. We deliver to your vacation home only. You will be responsible for transporting it and setting it up on the beach.
